We are pleased to share that the University of Guelph is participating in the City of Guelph’s OnYourWay2Work (OYW2Work) Corporate Pass Program. This program provides U of G employees with discounted transit fares to make commuting more affordable and sustainable.
Program Highlights
- 
Discounted Fare: Eligible employees receive a reduced transit rate at 80% of the regular adult fare.- 
10% of the discount is covered by the University of Guelph, Campus Parking Services
- 
10% is covered by Guelph Transit
 
- 
- 
Eligibility: Available to all active employees while employed with our organization.
- 
Flexibility: Passes can be used for commuting to work as well as personal travel within Guelph Transit’s system.

1. Registration
- 
Employees can purchase an OYW fare card for $5 at a Guelph Transit retailer
- 
Registration is completed online at OnYourWay2Work Program Application
2. Using Your Card
- 
Once registered, employees can reload funds online or in person at authorized Guelph Transit vendors.
3. Lost/Stolen Card
- 
In case of a lost or stolen card, replacements are available for $5, and balances can be transferred to the new card.
We encourage all staff to consider this program as a cost-effective and environmentally friendly commuting option.
