Keep Our Post Office Public!

Postal workers deserve decent jobs, and the public deserve a reliable, accessible postal service.

Canada Post says it’s losing money and is pushing to close post offices, end door-to-door delivery, and outsource work to private, for-profit franchises.

Postal workers have a plan to convert Canada’s network of over 6,000 postal outlets to community hubs delivering low-cost banking, high-speed internet, elder check-ins, and food delivery.

IF POSTAL WORKERS WIN, WE ALL BENEFIT!

If the corporation gets its way, the cost of mail service will skyrocket, unprofitable services will be eliminated, and postal workers will be forced to work harder and longer for less.

SOCIAL SERVICES SHOULD NOT NEED TO MAKE A PROFIT. They should NOT be run as a business but fully financed as a public benefit.

Postal workers need our support to win this fight! Join us to gather signatures for the campaign, distribute information flyers, and talk about the postal workers’ exciting plan to transform Canada Post.

See you there!
